“Wasteland: A climate anxiety themed haunted house” started with Kay and Kate getting an old pre-demolition house and asking the students from Esquimalt if they would like to work on exhibits for it. My group was enticed. Laura and I and the four students we were working with decided to make a fish farm themed washroom. We went to work, and before the exhibit was installed it was presented by the students in the Esquimalt hallway.
